Each request for Wellstar to provide community support is carefully considered.

Submitting a Request:

Wellstar requires all requests for any partnerships, sponsorships, events and speakers to be submitted through this online system. 

• We require a minimum of 90 days to process requests and encourage all applicants to carefully review our guidelines before submitting a request to ensure strategic alignment. 
• If your request is submitted less than 90 days prior to the event date, Wellstar may not be able to process or accommodate your request.
